2 Brothers Layne

Hi friends. So as you can guess one of Jonah's favorite past times is trying to suck his thumb, the other favorite pastime is getting angry with the nurses!!! This is a pretty calm face. Hopefully we can get an angry face for everyone to see, it's pretty cute to watch him scrunch his face in anger. Tanya and I have found ourselves at the base of another hill to climb. The doctors have found either fluid in Jonah's lungs, they have given him something similar to a water pill to help him excrete the fluid out of his body, or they suspect that our little boy has pneumonia, which they are treating as well. Jonah has been switch back to the Oscillator; not necessarily a step back on his lungs, but a step on a different path. We have 4 weeks down and about 10 more to go maybe a little more. One comment mentioned that the past 4 weeks has seemed like forever. I must say that when trials are upon us time seems to slow down, only because everything else loses its importanc...

Jonah has had another good day. Today he received another blood transfusion. His feedings are going well. He is now being fed over a two hour period with an hour break.
