It was a pretty fun day with Jonah, not as fun as yesterday, but still pleasing. We were informed today that Jonah has a serious case of reflux going on. The pH levels in his stomach are at a 3.5, which is very acidic, so the doctors are going to call the surgeon's and let them know the seriousness of the refluxing. The thinking is that the reflux is causing the breathing and heart problems. so what does that mean for us? It means a trip to Primary's when the time is right. Does that mean Jonah will be getting a G-tube? We don't know. The Doc.'s are being optimistic about Jonah and the nippling he has accomplished, in hopes of not having an oral aversion. So as for now, we will wait and see what the professionals have to say about the "new" discovery.
