Mommy's News (Issue 279)
Lots of Firsts the past couple of days. Some Jonah liked a lot and some not so much. I am sure every one is wondering about last night. That answer depends on who you ask. If you ask Dad, it was wonderful. If you ask Tanya it was pretty hard. We decided to split the night right, well not so much. When Dad got up at 2 am to make the switch with mom, she said, "It's been great with Jonah you go back to bed." That was her mistake. Dad went back to bed and then it became pretty difficult. Jonah was having problems keeping his saturation levels up. Our first Doctors appointment was today. We received a prescription for lasix, which we were very grateful for, after filling the "script" Jonah did pretty well. Feeding therapy was short, we discovered that Jonah does not like a regular old spoon, but loves his high chair, which he has slept in for most of the afternoon, wierd right, but what ever works.
