Mommy's News (Issue 180)
Jonah has had another good day. Isn't he sooooo cute! The only med change is that he was taken off of his reflux med. The nurses report that he has been pretty content to lay in his bed and look at his toys. It is is different baby when he feels good and we sure do like the change! Jonah is such a daddy's boy! If he can hear daddy's voice all he wants to do is find Daddy and keep a close eye on him. Tonight we gave Jonah another blessing to help him overcome his inability/lack of desire to eat from a bottle. If he doesn't start to take a bottle soon he'll have to have a surgery to place a semi-permanent feeding tube in his tummy. The huge downside to this would be that he'd probably have to be reintibated to do the procedure and we all know what a challenge it is to get Jonah back off the vent! Please join us in our plead to our heavenly father for Jonah to start eating from a bottle again! We appreciate your concern and your faith!
