Caleb Update
Caleb Marcis Layne Joined our family on Sunday July 15, 2012 at 0439 am. He weighed 6 lb 4 oz and is 19 in long. He spent a little over 24 hours in the observation NICU, not the NICU but being observed to make sure he was healthy and self sustaining. He Joined his mommy in her room this after noon. Tanya has enjoyed nursing Caleb very much. "Caleb is great at Nursing," Tanya reports. He is a beautiful little guy!!! He will spend a minimum of 72 hours in the hospital. This morning Tanya is up and walking around on her own. Jonah is doing ok with Caleb. At first Jonah was very excited, but as the days go by he is getting less and less sure of him. It will be interesting when we bring baby Caleb home. Interesting to see how Jonah deals with a new baby crying, and getting more attention than Jonah. But as Jonah always has done, he will adjust and do just fine, I am sure. It has been wonderful having ...
