Test Drive...
So our neighbor Ms Joy had to return to work today as her maternity leave was over. I get the pleasure of looking after Baby Jayden for the next few weeks until Joy goes on terminal leave (she is leaving the military). I've decided that this is the closest thing to test driving a baby as I'm gonna get. This will help me to know if I'm really ready to take on kid #2 with where Jonah is at right now. (No I'm not pregnant but we did miscarry back in April at 12 weeks) So our first morning with Baby Jayden went better than I thought it might. I was able to juggle a hungry baby while getting Jonah up, fed, bathed, and ready for school. Jayden even got to get on the bus for a second while I carried Jonah on and got him all buckled. We'll see how tomorrow goes! Jonah continues to enjoy school and loves his teachers and classmates. We are so blessed to have such a remarkable little boy in our family!
