HURRAY FOR PEHP
I have spoke with Jonah's case manager the last couple of days trying to figure out how to get Jonah's blood pressure checked daily with out exposing him to all the bugs that come out of hibernation during the winter. I received a call from Jonah's case manager today, she was pretty excited. She said, "We did it. We have approval for the blood pressure machine." After talking with her to find out what changed, she said that she went to her boss and said, "We have already spent $675,000 on this boy, why can't we change his exemptions to keep him out of the hospital?" that worked. $800 versus thousands incase Jonah has to go back into the hospital. I think they made the right choice. Now we will be able to monitor his blood pressure to make sure everything stays under control. HALLELUJAH!!! We also received a visit from Techno Tots.
