My dear friend Kristen Preston Has Jonah tonight until Grandma Rain's flight gets in. She was so wonderful as to bring my little angel up to see me before bed. It did wonders for my evening! Jonah was so cute he thanked the Dr. for taking care of his mommy and then just before Jonah and Kristen left my nurse came in to change my IV fluids. Jonah looks at her and says, "Thank you for taking care of my Mommy's IV!" What a sweet well mannered boy I have! so it seems that a nice boring pregnancy is not in the cards for me. After a very routine morning at home with Jonah I left for a routine OB appointment with Dr. Thompson. When she did my cervical length to our dismay my cervical length had decreased from 4cm in length to 1.7cm. This is NOT good. She went out to discuss with the high risk team what should be done next.
