Sunday visits
Today we woke up Mamaw and Gaga, I think. At least they were still in their pajamas when we called them at 7 am. It was a very enjoyable hour conversation!!! Jonah misses them very much. He also misses Jax! He got so excited when he saw Jax; I felt bad enough that I started to look for ways to ship Jax out here. But I have since buried my softness and here I am with a brave face back on. Jonah is doing much better today. Better than we expected him to be doing. I guess it helped last night to lather him up with Daniels ointment, a kind of a croup rub. It helped so much that he received another basting tonight. He missed his nap today. We have about a 15 minute window to get him to sleep or he will go without a nap, and we missed it. Oh well. We had our traditional Sunday dinner. This time Mark cooked dinner. Pork loin, cheesey garlic mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, and soda. It was pretty alright. The gang is coming back tomorrow to help us finish it off.
