2 Brothers Layne

Jonah has been working on this skill for a week now but today it seems he has perfected it. Jonah can now blow on his bear whistle and it makes noise. He gets so proud of himself that he immediately drops the whistle and starts clapping for himself. I'll try to get it on video. He has also learned how to blow on Mommy's cheek which makes funny noises and makes Mommy laugh! This afternoon Jonah took an interest in my cell phone (the cover is bright Pink). So I put on the floor a few feet away and told him he could play with it if he would go get it. I helped him army crawl over to the phone and the instant he had the phone in hand he looked at me and started saying Da Da Da Da! We had to call and leave Daddy a message to let him know Jonah was thinking of him!

My Dad has collected singing toys for years now and he may have received the cutest addition to his collection yet. My sister Alashandra and her family sent this cute little dancing donkey to Gaga for Father's Day. I was sure the Jonah was going to be scared of it, but it turns out I was dead wrong. Jonah LOVES this thing. He insisted that Gaga dance with him over and over and over. When Gaga had to go change his clothes Jonah refused to be content with anyone else! It was pretty funny!
