What motivates your kiddo?
So tonight I'd like to start off with each of you putting your self in the following situation and then asking yourself a quick question... You're about to get out of the car at Walmart and you've brought your spunky little 3 year old with you. you know that he or she is tired but you have to pick up a few things. You are worried that the kiddo will misbehave so you consider offering something to motivate (a positive reinforcer of some kind) him/her to behave properly. So my question is what would you offer to motivate your kiddo? I found out today that Jonah's motivation is out in left field compared to most kids. I told Jonah as I got him into the cart that if he was Mommy's big helper and used his good listening ears we could walk down the "Eggs Pan" isle. He was STOKED!
