Jonah's stylin' shoes Jonah's whale bottom, well the whale on his bottom Today was a great day for the family at PCMC. Jonah is down to 3 liters and doing very well!!! We had a great day playing with Jonah. We played patty-cake, peek-a-boo, rubbed noses, gave him a bath, changed his g-tube dressing- twice- and watched Jonah sleep a lot too. When PT/OT came by to try feeding Jonah he was choking a little on his secretions. They chose not to do anything with him because they did not want to disturb him. The g-tube site is looking much better. it has healed in no time, now we are just waiting for the g-tube site to heal all the way so it will stop leaking. Yes Jonah will still need the g-tube even though he is tasting stage one foods. He still does not trust to swallow because in the past he has refluxed. 24.5 inches long and weighs 15 lbs 13 ozs.
