Jonah is having some oral therapy time with a vibrating spoon This is Jonah standing with a little help More oral therapy, but this time Jonah gets to eat with his hands Jonah was turned down to 3 liters today and doing well with it. The medical staff is working on transitioning Jonah to feedings out of his g-tube. Most likely this will be a slow transition, but well worth the wait. We wore Jonah out today with his oral therapy and then playing on the floor. Well worth it!!! The OT/PT therapist is very pleased with the progress Jonah is making. When the NP asked the doc if they should start weaning the steroids, he said, "No. I think he likes them well enough to keep him on them." Another concern is that Jonah is gaining too much weight each day, about 1 ounce. He said the appropriate weight gain is about 1.5 oz each week.
