Mommy's News (Issue 326)
Jonah slept all night last night, but daddy didn't. He kept Dave hopping with his oxygen monitor. Jonah had a good day. We are starting to realize what a Normal baby life is like. Well almost. Other than the feeding tube and pump, the medications, oxygen, medications, and the 100 feet of tubing attached to Jonah, he is as normal as can be. We had a visit from Early Intervention today. The outcome was that Jonah is slightly Intellectual delayed, not much, but is a lot physically delayed, which we knew. It was neat to have her come by. She was able to point a few things out to us, like: Jonah asks to play. We thought he was just rubbing his hand on the bedding or carpet for the texture, but he is really initiating the play. WONDERFUL!!!! Tomorrow we meet with our pediatrician.
