2 Brothers Layne

Today Jonah and I have been suffering from jet lag. He didn't get much sleep last night and was wide awake at 430 (630 Eastern Time). He has had only a 30 minute nap all day and we are both beat! Thankfully Jonah has been asleep in his bed for nearly an hour and I will be soon to follow. So far we've visited with all my siblings except 1 and we ate lunch with Nana at the senior center. We also got to see Auntie Tralynn, Brecken, and Nana just before bedtime. Jonah is in love with the "Puppies" Jax, Bandit, and Miss Molly. He enjoyed showing Nana, Tra, and Brecken his Miss Molly Puppy.

Today was a sad day for me. I sent my dear wife and darling little boy to Utah. I was able to spend a couple hours at the gate with them before they took off, I think only 30 minutes lapped before they boarded. Tanya said Jonah was a gem on the plane ride, and only a 20 minute nap was taken today during the trip. Flying and lay overs were smooth. Tanya had the necessary help getting from one plane to another in Vegas. With only one hiccup. She called to let me know she was safely in the custody of her parents. Now it is time for three weeks of vacationing for Tanya and Jonah, and three lonely weeks for me. Enjoy Utah Tan!!!
