One more sick day...
Jonah was still running a fever last night so we decided to keep him home from school. Luck for us by this evening it has vanished! Jonah has stayed his very busy self through this head cold and it would seem that we finally have the right PRN meds available to get a head start on respiratory illnesses. We are now able to minimize his sick time and I would guess that it's almost like when an ordinary healthy kiddo gets sick! So grateful for that! As for Mommy, I'm feeling a little better after a 2 hour nap. Some days it is so nice to have a nurse! Tonight when Jonah and I were rocking in the rocking chair and reading his Llama Llama books I started singing the words. Jonah was laughing so hard he could barely breath. It was one of those tender moments that make all the hassle, heartache, and worry of being a mom all worth it!
