Daddy is safely in Florida again
Jonah and I have had a pretty good day. Jonah, thankfully, is still young enough to be traumatized with Daddy's leaving. Our afternoon has quickly fallen back into the normal routine. This afternoon Jonah pushed his toy out of reach then did a modified army crawl to obtain the object. I was so amazed. It is not terribly effective just yet but I'm sure it will be soon!!! Dave called a while ago to let us know that he is safe and sound in Florida and that he is terribly homesick. I told him I was grateful that he wasn't immune to being lonely. It will take a few days for the both of us to get our emotions in check so we can soldier on.
