Jonah seems to have developed a pretty good case of cabin fever today. Shortly after waking up he started signing bye bye. That was all i heard from him all through the morning filled with two therapy appointments. Following therapy it was time for a nap, which by the way, didn't last long. The first thing Jonah said upon waking was bye bye. So we made some phone calls to see who was home and we ended up making a short visit to Aunt Peggy's. Jonah was SO glad to be out of the house, and honestly, so was Mommy. What a great day!

After keeping Jonah up way past his bed time last night I was a little worried that today would be rough. Jonah proved that theory wrong! We usually wake up at 7 but today we both slept til 8:30! That was soooo nice! Then to top it off Jonah took a 3.5 hour nap this afternoon! Wow! I guess it's no wonder that it is now 10:30 and he is still awake in his bed! Poor guy, I've got his inner clock all sorts of confused! As for the highlights from today... Jonah cared enough about the toys that Cousins Matt and Maddy were playing with to argue with them for a turn. I know that this is yet another strange chapter in my book of warped things to be excited about but it is something that is so Typical. Jonah also insisted that when Maddy was playing with the pretend dishes and handing out samples to everyone that Jonah be included. He did a great job of drinking his pretend water! Jonah is consistently signing 2 word sentences. It is amazing to see how quickly he is picking up...
