Mommy's News (Issue 281)
Today has been more of the same. A few more tests and everything is coming back normal. His flow is up to 5 liters and should he require any more support through the night he will be put on Hydrocortisone (a steroid) to help his lung function. Otherwise the Docs will start it tomorrow. They are wanting to do one thing at a time to know what it is that helps and today the change was antibiotics in the form of a shot. So more waiting and seeing. Tanya and I are doing well. Last night we slept well, the Social Worker said, "You must have been very tired to say you slept well on that couch/bed." it is a couch that pulls out into a bed and is extremely uncomfortable,compared to any other bed on the planet-well maybe not that extreme. Sorry we do not have a picture to put on today's blog, it would only be the same as yesterday, more of Jonah sleeping in his crib. So if you need a picture fix you can look at yesterdays blog.
